ST. DOMINGO CLAIMS.

Letters from Paris state, that Commissioners have been appointed to report to the Emperor Napoleon, on the bills drawn by the French Agents for supplies furnished at St. Domingo.

Gen. Ferrand, we learn, now pays cash for supplies furnished that colony. The French have about 3000 troops, under Gen. Ferrand, in the city of St. Domingo.

Sometimes small detachments are sent to harass the blacks; but no idea has been entertained of any general operations against them until after peace with Great Britain.
