LONDON, October 22. They write from Hanover, that their Ministry are labouring hard to prepare Matters for the Election of a King of the Romans; that the Affair is to be proposed to the Electoral College as soon as the Conjuncture shall appear favourable; and in the mean while, they will set themselves to the removing of all Obstacles that may retard this important Work; for which Purpose they are to use their utmost Skill in tampering with the Courts of Berlin and Manheim. The Proposition to the Electoral College will be accompanied with a Letter addressed to all the States of the Empire, setting forth in the strongest and clearest Terms the absolute Necessity of proceeding to this Election.
