FEERO RETURNS WITH TWO MEN IN CUSTODY

With Raymond Abelson, convicted passer of bad checks, and Peter Nelson, charged with wife desertion in his custody. Deputy United States Marshal W. E. Feero, Douglas, returned here last night from Ketchikan.

Abelson was sentenced by Judge Harding recently to serve four months in the Douglas Federal jail, and also given a suspended jail sentence of six months.

Nelson, a local Indian, was arrested at Craig early this week. He was slated to have been arraigned before Judge Charles Sey in the United States Commissioner's Court today.
