SUICIDE ISSUE IN $10,000 DAMAGE CASE

Aberdeen, S. D.—The widow of the late W. G. Ledingham, the veteran traveling man who lost his life under a train in the Milwaukee railroad yards here last January, has started suit against the railway company for $10,000 damages. The plaintiff's attorneys will charge that the railroad company failed to provide sufficient light on the station platform; that it failed to close the trap door on the train between the coaches, and that it permitted snow and ice to accumulate on the south side of the track, on which side the dead man had to enter the train.
