THE PECK DECISION POSTPONED.

Judge Clute Says He Will Make His Report Some Time Next Week,

ALBANY, Nov. 8. -Decision in the Peck indictment case was again postponed yesterday until some day next week.

Labor Commissioner Charles F. Peck was indicted for the alleged crime of destroying the memoranda from which he made up his labor and wages report. His counsel demurred to the indictment and the court's decision on the demurrer was due yesterday.

Judge Clute said that he had made up his mind on the case, but had not had time to consult with his associates, the other Justices.
