The Supreme Court has been in session since Tuesday last. Present, Chief Justice Marshall, Judges Story, Duval, Thompson, McLean.—Judge Baldwin has been prevented from attending by indisposition.
The following gentlemen have been admitted and sworn attorneys and counsellors of the Court:
R. T. LYTLE, of Cincinnati, Ohio
J. R. Livingston, Jr. of New York.
Junius H. Hatch, of New York.
WM. L. BRENT, of Maryland.
Wm. S. FULTON, of Arkansas.
Wm. M. OLIVER, of New York.
A preliminary rule has been moved for in the court with a view to obtain the release of Tobias Watkins, by habeas corpus.
The Georgia Question, with regard to the Missionaries, is at an end. The suit in the Supreme Court is to be discontinued.—Globe.
