FIREMEN'S FAIR THIS WEEK

SECOND WARD BOYS PUTTING FORTH EXTRA EFFORT.

Ask the People of the City to Patronize Them-Dancing Will Be a Feature of Each Evening.

The members of the second ward hose company are holding a fair in Feller's hall, over A. M. Gilbert's drug store, and the boys are putting forth extra efforts to make the affair a success. Thus far it has not been a financial success, although good-sized crowds have been in attendance each evening.

In the hope of getting better patronage the boys have added dancing to the program, and music for this is furnished each evening by a good orchestra.

No fire company in the city Is more deserving of support than Hose Co. No. 2. The members are among the most active of the department, and turn out promptly at every alarm, and always render valuable assistance.

The fair will continue until after Thanksgiving, and on that day oysters in every style will be served. The boys solicit your patronage.
