Each Member subscribes Five Shillings a Year towards buying of such Books, as the Majority present think proper. These Books are to be used by the Members of that Society, and their respective Families, according to Lot, for that Year: and afterwards they are to be reposited in a Library for the Good of the Publick.
This good Design, 'tis to be hoped, will be encouraged by the Gentlemen and Clergy of that Country, and ought to be imitated in other Places.
