Extract of a Letter from London, dated June 13.

"Brest is blocked up by Admiral Hawke with 29 Ships of the Line, and Toulon is blocked up by Admiral Boscawen with 19 Ships of the Line; and besides all this new Squadrons are forming at Spithead. The Parliament is broke up: a Vote of Credit given; and Harmony at the Helm such as has not been for a long Time. The French are preparing to enter Hesse, and we every Day expect to hear of a Battle from that Quarter. The King of Prussia has suddenly moved from Landshut, and it is believed he is gone to fight the Russians.".
