From Washington, March 13.

The Secretary of State has answered Mr. Lloyd's resolution, and declares he has no evidence of any such persons as are mentioned in the resolution.

The committee of foreign relations sat to-day, it is said, to examine a certain Frenchman, who came to this country from England last fall with Henry, and, who, it is reported, has got some of the eighteen thousand dollars, which it is now pretty generally, if not universally believed, Mr. Henry has received from Mr. Madison.
