According to letters from Warsaw, the Emperor and the King of Prussia are going to publish a declaration, in which they will set forth that as the King of Poland was lawfully elected they are determined to support him in the throne, at all events, against all his adversaries. These letters add that it was at Warsaw, and not at Cracovia, as was given out, that four Austrian regiments were arrived, in order to protect that residence, and at the same time to relieve the Russians who were in garrison there, that they might join their countrymen, and enable them the better to suppress the progress of the confederates of Poland, who continue to commit great excesses in that unhappy kingdom.
