His French Class Busted.

ANDERSONVILLE, Ind., Sept. 17.—Professor Louis Duval, of France, a teacher and master of arts, was engaged by Andersonville "Four Hundred" four weeks ago. He arrived and was to have organized his private class last night. At noon he stood on the public square and in a mixture of French and English delivered hot anarchist speeches. He was arrested and then addressed a large crowd of citizens from behind the bars. This morning he was put on the hoe gang and the French class is "busted."
