"I was glad when they said unto me, come let us go into the house of the Lord." These were the words on the lips of those who worshipped at the Bethany Seventh Day Adventist Church.
The day started at 9:30 when the Sabbath School gave a special program honoring mothers. Mr. Charles Farrington, our superintendent had a beautiful array of lovely flowers around the altar. Corsages were given to the oldest and youngest mothers.
The 11 o'clock hour was highlighted with special music rendered by the junior choir. The pastor spoke on the subject. "Call to Awake." Special mention was made of our relationship to our fellowman especially the unsaved. The message was based on the text found in St. John 9:4.
We were honored with special guests from our conference headquarters in the person of Elders Silor McClamb and Sany Robinson. These men head our publishing work in our conference.
The services were dedicated to the distribution of religious literature. We invite every reader of this article to worship with us in the Bethany Seventh Day Adventist Church.
