WIDOW TO SUE
SALVATION ARMY

The widow of E. H. Craft, who
died several weeks ago leaving all
his property to the Salvation Army,
will contest the will in the courts
on the ground that Craft was mentally incompetent at the time of his
death and that herself and children
have been left destitute as a result
of his action.
Craft was a great believer in the
work of the army. He had often
declared that God's work was more important than his family
and when he died he followed out
his convictions by leaving $1 each
to his wife and children, while the
estate, valued at some $500, was
given to the army. The suit will be
tried in the county court.
