ACTIONS OF VARIED NATURE FROM MONEY SUITS TO DAMAGE CASES SET FOR COMING WEEKS
DAMAGE ACTION OF MRS. W. E. ROBE, SOUTH CHARLESTON, ASSIGNED - NINE SUITS ONE DAY
Judge P. R. Emery, of the Madison county common pleas court, has announced the assignment of civil cases for this term of court covering a period from January 31 to February 16.
The assignment is given as follows:
Monday, February 6—Adila B. Robe, South Charleston, vs. J. Walter Jeffrey, Columbus; suit for $25,350.00 damages for personal injuries suffered in auto collision near London on June 28, 1931.
Tuesday, February 7—Gaylord P. Muldoon, 212 South Penn street, Wheeling, W. Va., vs. American Telephone and Telegraph company; suit for judgment for injuries suffered August 8, 1929, while employed by the defendant company.

Thursday, February 16-Penn Mutual Life Insurance company vs. Fred W. Mecklenborg, administrator of the estate of Henry M. Junge, and Jessie May Junge; suit in settlement of estate.
Monday. February 20 - C. &. L. E Railway vs. A. Jackson & Sons. Middletown; suit for $8,634.67 for damages to an electric car in collision on May 3, 1931, in West Jefferson, with truck owned by defendant company; O. C. Ingalls. receiver, vs. W. H. Pence, West Jefferson, suit for money.
Thursday, February 23 - Patsy Jackson, London, vs. American Life and Accident Insurance company; suit for judgment for $324.00.
Monday, February 27 - Wilson R. Augustine, of Elyria, vs. Walter Lynch, Piqua; suit for $5,000 damages as result of auto collision at intersection of U. S. 42 and Ohio 29, north of London, on April 12, 1932.
Tuesday, February 28-Zebulon D. Fisher, Mt. Sterling, vs. Mutual Life Insurance company; suit for money.
