Full Text

Antwerp accounts to the 18th ult. received at Boston, state, that the blockade of the Dutch and French ports, as announced in Mr. Fox's letter, had taken effect: that several neutrals (bound probably to ports between the Seine and Ostend) had been stopped, sent away, and their registers endorsed: That the British continued to capture and send in all the Prussian vessels they fell in with; and that they had not heard at Antwerp of any accommodation between Prussia and England. The letters from Antwerp do not speak of any embarrassments having arisen from the blockade: but on the contrary, sugar and coffee had fallen in price.
