Resigns 5 Offices
to Give More Time
to Six Other Jobs

Upton, Mass., June 27.(P.)-Benjamin C. Crocker has resigned five town offices in order to give him more time to fill with efficiency the other six civic positions he occupies.

He gives up the duties as caretaker of the town hall, public library, fire department headquarters and of Upton common, also the job of fire warden.

He will continue as chief of police, chief of fire department, sealer of weights and measures, and caretaker of three schools.

The vacancies will be filled at a meeting of the selectmen July 5.
