Full Text

THE "Oracle man" appears much troubled for the political reputation of a certain Judge. Will the "Oracle man" inform us what right he has to demand the evidence alluded to? We have been already sufficiently explicit on that point. Should we however comply with the pretended wishes of the "Oracle man," and produce the testimony; we do not believe, that on due proof of the fact, the worthy Judge would undergo the ceremony of excommunication; but that he would still be found a favorite officer in the ranks of Federalism; be still renowned and beloved for his rooted antipathy to every thing Republican; be still received into the inmost recesses of the hearts of that cabalistic "Junto," which has so long plotted the RUIN OF THE LIBERTIES OF THIS HAPPY COUNTRY.

WHEN the "Oracle man" was detected in the calumny respecting Lt. Nicholson, he promised to publish the refutation. How long does this political quack allow the poison to operate, before he applies the antidote? We again demand the refutation of the slander respecting Lt. Nicholson.
