PUTNAM WOMAN SUFFERS
COMPOUND LEG FRACTURE

Mrs. William Shishko, 31, of Mechanics street, the former Chrysse Anas, is a patient at Day Kimball Hospital with a compound fracture of the right leg as a result of an accident here a week ago Wednesday night.

Police said that she was struck by a car operated by Napcoz Zerback of 186 Grove street while she was crossing the street.

In city court Monday morning the driver pleaded innocent to charges of reckless driving and evading responsibility. The case was continued until December 30th by Judge William P. Barber. Officer Joseph Valade investigated.
