Full Text
Mischief Makers.—This is applied to the Board of Supervisors by the innocent editor of the Free Press, and is both senseless and ridiculous, and hardly deserves to be noticed at all. The idea of the Free Press editor charging any one of being a "mischief maker," and then his threatenings of a "day of reckoning!" Does he mean the final day of reckoning? If so we advise him to cast the mote out of his own eye, and prepare himself, for we will be surprised if on that day "mischief making" is the only sin on record against him.
