SHOP
Tom Elkins is back on the job after two weeks' of illness. Tom says—
"sick or not sick you can't keep a good man down."

Due to the illness of his wife, Garland Edmonson took all of his vacation so that he could be with her. Mrs. Edmonson is now at home and progressing satisfactorily.

We all regret that it was necessary for Bryant Laster to have to go to the hospital. He is now at St. Vincents for treatment.

Harry Moore vacationed a week to assist in the home while his wife was in the hospital. Mrs. Moore is now at home.

The horse shoe pitchers of the shop, storeroom and electrical department, are still playing in high spirits. Lee Kesterson barred Red Edmonson for a period of five days because Red didn't play to suit him.

The Shop crew extend sympathy to the Hogue family on account of the death of Mr. "Jink" Hogue on May 12.
