GARDEN CLUB TO MEET NEXT WEEK
The Garden Club, meeting last night, had a fair attendance, and the program planned was carried out. Hot beds, cold frames and seed flats were explained and discussed by those present. Also other matters were brought up that were of interest to the gardener at this time of the year, when so much planting and last minute planning is going on for the garden which will be gorgeously colorful in a few months.
Owing to the fact that the club is behind in the program for the spring, it was decided last night to have an extra meeting next Friday night so that the members of the club can get the information in time for their gardens this year. One of the talks next week will be on rose culture, by R. J. Mize.
