ANTIGUA, Feb. 6.

Last night Capt. Green of the snow Sea Nymph, arrived here in 30 days from England, and by him we hear, that the congress at Breda, for a general peace, was broke up; the French ministers having insisted, by way of preliminaries, upon such extravagant terms of accommodation, that no treaty could be begun. By Capt. Green we also hear, that 5 of the ships forced into the river Villaine by Admiral Hawke, are bulged.

At the time Capt. Green left England, Admiral Holmes was almost ready to sail with a strong squadron and a body of land forces; but the particular destination of this armament can only be guessed at.
