Tweed Not in Havana.

HAVANA, Dec. 24.-A careful inquiry at the office of the chief of police and at the custom house, where all passengers must land, failed to confirm the report of the presence of Wm. M. Tweed in the city. No one exactly answering his description is known to have landed here within the present week. There is a large man here from New York on business and bears some resemblance, at a distance, to Tweed. He was seen by some New Yorkers and mistaken for Tweed, but proves to be 25 years younger.
