A HINT TO ELECTORS.
At the ensuing election, I hope every friend to his country will bear in mind and keep watchful eye over those men who have uniformly and invariably opposed the measures of the United States, and of this State in particular—Such as opposers of Independence—of confederation—of alliances—advocates for refugee cut throats, and tory attorneys.... I hope no one is so lost as not to remember all their former proceedings, and to notice that the very same set of beings are at this day busily at work for the same purpose, and to attain the same ends, viz. choice to the State—whereby they may have an opportunity to deceive and betray.... If men of the above description solicit your votes, treat them with contempt, and act like honest upright Freeholders of America.
