In the House of Representatives of the United States, as at present organized, the somewhat unusual spectacle of two pair of brothers is presented. The two Stantons, one from Kentucky and the other from Tennessee, are brothers; and the two Kings, from New York and New Jersey, respectively, stand in the same relation to each other. There are also in the House two brothers-in-law—Messrs. Millson of Norfolk, and Parker of Frederick district, Virginia.

In the Senate sit, at the same time, the representatives of two generations—Dodge of Wisconsin, and Dodge of Iowa, father and son.
