Kennedy's Advisors Plan Dictatorship By Heavy Taxation,

Public's Owning So Many Automobiles,
Owner "Luxuries"
Senator John Kennedy's number one frustrator believes the American people are spending too much money on luxuries such as automobiles, refrigerators and television sets.
John Galbraith, the Harvard professor in his writings contends that instead of allowing the people to waste money on such items that the government should increase taxes and take this money and use it for more worthwhile projects which will spring the minds of the governmental planners.
He envisions that if the government takes the money that the people waste on automobiles, refrigerators and television sets, and such items, that they will be able to continue a greater program of urban renewal, slum clearance build more hospitals and educate people.
Dictatorship By Taxation
This is the philosophy coming from Harvard University's economic theorists.
It is the same doctrine subscribed to by Arthur Schlesinger, Jr., John Galbraith and Chester Bowles, who constitute the Kennedy braintrust.
This is the same philosophy running through the program as set forth in the Democratic platform.
It simply means taking more money from the people so that they will not have enough money to spend on a lavish display of automobiles, refrigerators, television sets, and other items, and pouring it into the treasury where it can be intelligently spent according to the plans of the braintrusters.
Says People Decaying
Galbraith, in his writings, suggests the broad ownership of automobiles by the people of America is a symbol of decay,
Consequently, he believes that by taking the money they have away a chance to spend it from the people

so lavishly on these items that the government will then have enough to create a paradise on earth for benefit of the people of the nation envisioned and designed by the trusters.
This is what the people of America can look for in the event of Kennedy election.
Santa Claus Kennedy
They can expect to give up so their television sets and some modern-day gadgets which the planners look upon as unnecessary luxuries in the laps of the people.
They can expect more taxes and more spending because the Kennedy trusters and the Democratic Platform are attempting to play Santa Claus to the great majority of the people of America.
They promise more and better education, more hospitals, more doctors, more medical care, higher pensions, more social security of every shape and kind.
Social Planners
In addition, they promise more money for slum clearance, for urban renewal, and they even advocate subsidized transportation systems which take the people to work in the great centers.
In other words, Kennedy's brain trust is once again trying to play Santa Claus to all the people and promising to convert automobiles, refrigerators, television sets and other modern gadgets into services which the planners believe will be of more greater benefit than these modern luxuries.
The type of Santa Claus envisioned by Kennedy's braintrusters is a kind of Robin Hood-type of Santa Claus.
They propose to rob those who are living in such lavish extravagances, as owning automobiles, refrigerators and television sets, and spending it for the benefit of all the people.
Revolution Planned
So, if Kennedy gets elected, I expect in the first hundred days a revolution in taxing, spending and planning administration the most complete that any nation in the world has undergone.
If this little thing of his hundred days will be more shocking should happen, the events of these hundred days will be more bewildering than the explosion of the hydrogen bomb.
Look out for the taxing and spending
These braintrusters figure that you haven't got sense enough to spend your money intelligently and they intend to spend it for you for your own good.
