Washington, Feb. 14—The proceedings in executive session of the Senate upon consideration of the British Extradition treaty were given to the press yesterday. The vote upon ratification taken on the 1st inst. was as follows:

Ayes—Blackburn, Cockrell, Faulkner, Frye, George, Hampton, Hawley, Hoar, Jones (Arkansas), Pasco, Payne, Ransom, Sawyer, Sherman and Walthall—15.
