WEYMOUTH IS RECEIVER

F. P. Weymouth, recently deposed after nine years of service on the board of city commissioners, has received another official job, this time at the instance of the superior court.

Judge Kennan this morning granted the petition in intervention of the ex-wife of W. J. Sorril, proprietor of the Spokane Tile & Mantel Works, for a receiver. Mrs. Sorrill maintains that her husband is considering removing the stock and property from the state, and she has been compelled to look to that property for getting from it the amount of alimony awarded by the court. Mr. Weymouth was appointed receiver.
