GATEWAY OPERATOR PLANS LEAVING SOON FOR FLORIDA
One of Seward's young residents for the past two years plans hooking up his reindeer soon, dispose of his red motorcycle, and depart for Florida where he expects to carve out a career of fame and fortune.
The gentleman in question is Wm. Wolfgram, versatile linotype operator for the Gateway staff.
That new Florida "Hollywood by the Sea" is responsible for the sudden decision.
In a statement made for publication this morning Mr. Wolfgram said: "Distant fields look green.
Now that I have saved up my first $10,000 in cold hard cash I feel that I can safely invest this amount in Florida and realize a return of several million.
I cannot beat that up here."
