A Pill For Federalism.—Col. Henry S. Lane, of Indiana, a talented whig, who has recently returned home, from Mexico, delivered an eloquent and patriotic speech at Crawfordsville, a few days ago, to a very large concourse of citizens. In the course of his remarks he alluded to the speech of Senator Corwin, of Ohio, upon the Mexican war, in the following language:

"It is the emanation of a master mind, but the eloquent language in which it is clothed cannot conceal its damning treason!" In speaking of the men who refused to vote supplies to the war-worn soldier, he said, "disgrace would follow their posterity, and infamy hang over their graves!"
