"Another" BRITISH OUTRAGE.

The regular trading packet ship Minerva Capt. Williams, who sailed for New York a few days since, was pursued and fired upon repeatedly, by his Britannic Majesty's Schooner Pert, until the Minerva, having the advantage in sailing, was out of the reach of her guns. In fact, there is scarcely a vessel that enters or leaves the harbor, but what is insulted by one or other of his Majesty's vessels, which have been blockading our port, off and on, for several weeks past.

But they have their apologists! So had Whitby, Humphries and Berkeley ---and so they would have if they were to murder and impress in our streets.
