May 26. By the Flanders Mail yesterday, 'tis advis'd, that the Imperial Troops were all in a Hurry, assembling in Hungary; but that the Ground is so parch'd up with the long Drought, that unless they have some Rain there very soon, there will be a total Scarcity of Forage. The Saxon Troops design'd for the Emperor's Service, are by this Time arriv'd in Bohemia; they carry with them 8 Waggon Loads of Powder, and 32 of all sorts of Ammunition, besides 8 Pieces of Cannon, which, by the Help of a new Machine, can be fir'd Three Times sooner than a common Piece.
