ATTEND NATIONAL BAR ASS'N IN PITTSBURGH

ATTORNEY HARRY J. CAPEHART TO SPEAK - HIS SUBJECT: "The Irrepressible Conflict Under The Constitution Between Congress And The Supreme Court"

Attorney Starr A. Calhoun of Keystone, Lawyer Joseph Travis, and Lawyer Lee P. Miller, with Lawyer J. Penn Jones Jr. all made the trip to Pittsburgh. The expectation is that Hon. Harry J. Capehart, because of his extraordinary ability will be the Star at that Association. Anyway, the hope is that arrangements will be made so that the people of this county may have an opportunity to read his address. The McDowell County, when it comes to ability among members at the bar the group is by no means dogmatic, clever or mediocres.
