By an arrival at Boston, French accounts have been received to Dec. 5, they confirm the intelligence of Bonaparte's having taken possession of Vienna, and further state that the grand army has advanced into Moravia.
Gen. Marmont was marching into Hungary at the head of another French army the object of which appeared to be to form a junction with Bonaparte to attack the Russians in Bohemia.
Bonaparte issues his orders from the Imperial Palace in Vienna he has declared Austria a Province of France; appointed a Governor and colonial officers.
Hungary has offered, it is said, very advantageous propositions to the French Emperor to recognise their neutrality; but no answer had been given to their application.
The Russian army under Baron Winzengerode, consisting (according to French accounts) of 50,000 men, has capitulated to Prince Murat.
The French army in Italy, have been victorious in every engagement, and were advancing towards Germany.
It is said Bonaparte has levied a Million Sterling upon the city of Vienna.
