Action in Ordering Rescinding of Coal Miners Strike Order is Reason.

Makes Formal Request in Petition to Congress.

Chicago, Ill., Nov. 24.--A demand for the impeachment of Judge A. B. Anderson of the United States district court, was formally voiced today by the new national labor party in a petition addressed to congress.

The jurist's action in granting the government a mandatory injunction ordering rescinding of the coal miners' strike order was the reason assigned for the action.
