Changes in Railroad Trains.—Several changes take place in the movement of trains on the Baltimore and Ohio railroad on Monday (this day) the 29th. The morning mail, which leaves Baltimore at 8:30, will reach Piedmont at 7:30 P. M., and lie over till next morning but the afternoon express, leaving at 5:05 will go through direct. The Frederick train will leave at 9 A.M. instead of 8:40 and 4:10 P. M. and the Ellicott's Mills at 6:20 A. M., and 3:30 P. M. Trains leave the Mills for Baltimore at 7:50 A. M. and 5:40 P. M. On the Washington branch there are several changes also—the second morning train will depart from Baltimore an hour earlier, at 8:30. At Washington the trains will start for Baltimore at 6:10 and 7:45 A. M., and 3:40 and 4:35 P.M. On Sunday the only trains between the two cities will be those at 4:30 A. M. from Baltimore and 3:40 P. M. from Washington.

Mr. Crawford, agent of the Baltimore and Philadelphia railroad, also gives notice that on and after Monday (to-day) the mail train for Philadelphia will leave at 12 o'clock M. instead of 11 A. M.—Baltimore Sun.
