JOS. McGRAW.

The candidacy of Jos. McGraw for water commissioner of this city is one of genuine merit. He is an old soldier and a resident of this city during the past twenty years. He is well fitted for the position as he holds certificates from the board of public works in New York City under dates of 1866-1870 which prove his worth in that capacity. Joe's honesty and efficiency stand at the head and the people have an opportunity of getting the right man for the place by electing him water commissioner.
