EMBARGO.

Since the expiration of the Embargo, on the 25th of May, there has been a continuation of Easterly winds, and thick, lowering weather, which has as effectually embargoed our vessels as the Resolution of Congress. In Nantucket-Road there has been lying, for eight or ten days past, near 100 sail, bound to different ports, and many in other parts of the harbour. They have several times endeavoured to get to sea, but have as frequently been prevented. There appears no more probability of a change of wind or weather at present, than there did at its commencement.
