Dispatch.—The N. York Courier announces that two vessels are about being laid on the stocks in one yard in the City, and several in other yards, all owing to the reduction of the duties on tea and coffee, and the indications in Congress against the Tariff! This is a very pretty fancy, but it does not appear that these ships are to be employed in the tea or coffee trade, and it is altogether probable that their frames were got out before these imaginary indications against the tariff were discovered, even by the keen sight of the Courier and Enquirer.

The New York Courier announces that two vessels are about to be laid on the stocks in one shipyard in the city, and several in other yards, attributed to the reduction of duties on tea and coffee and indications in Congress against the Tariff. The report is dismissed as fanciful, noting the ships are not for tea or coffee trade and their frames were likely prepared earlier.
