London, Dec. 2. Letters from Jamaica say, that the Kinsale Man of War had brought in there, as a prize, a large register ship, of 600 tons, from the Canaries, and bound to Campeche, reckon'd to be worth 60,000 l. sterling. This news is confirmed by another ship, arrived in the Downs, which left Jamaica the 4th of October, with this addition, that when the register ship was carried in there, the people of the island were so incensed against the Spaniards, that it was with difficulty they were prevented from murdering the Spanish crew, and destroying the ship.
