PHOENIX, Ariz.--County Attorney Lloyd J. Andrews announced today that he plans to bring Mrs. Winnie Ruth Judd, charged with the murder of Mrs. Agnes Ann LeRoi and Miss Hedvig Samuelson, to trial not later than the first week in December. Andrews said he had not decided definitely which murder the woman will be tried upon first, but it would probably be that of Mrs. LeRoi. The county attorney also said no inquest would be held in Phoenix.
Jail officials said Mrs. Judd spent a very good night last night. Early today she was closeted for several minutes with Herman Lewkowitz, Phoenix attorney, who became an associate counsel with Paul Schenck of Los Angeles. Andrews and Lewkowitz probably will confer this afternoon to determine when Mrs. Judd will be brought before Justice of the Peace Clarence Rice for preliminary examination and setting of her hearing.
