Full Text

PHILADELPHIA, October 8.

On Saturday morning sailed the ship London Packet, Captain Cock, for London, by which vessel the merchants concerned in the British trade have forwarded their orders for all sorts of goods from Great Britain except teas, and such other articles as are or may be subject to duties for the purpose of raising an American revenue; consistent with the salutary alteration made on the 20th ult. in the non importation agreement, by a considerable number of the subscribers thereto.

And it is not doubted that every true friend to the liberties of America will discountenance the importation of said articles from England, and thereby defeat the machinations of our enemies.
