Miss Clara Alexander and Mrs. Frenchie B. Porter have just returned to the city from attending the Twenty-Seventh Annual Boule of the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., December 28 to 31, 1948, at St. Matthew A.M.E. Church in Philadelphia.

Miss Alexander, Epistoleus and Mrs. Porter, Tammais-Grammateus of the Alpha Delta Zeta Chapter, were delegates from their chapter to the Boule.

A very hearty welcome to the City of Brotherly Love was extended to all the visiting Sorors by Beta Delta and Eta Chapters along with many entertainments and remembrances which will never be forgotten.

The Boule theme, "Preparing for Service in a World of Many Needs", was well carried out and great emphasis placed on it in the keynote address by Grand Basileus Lullelia W. Harrison of Houston, Texas.

Zeta Phi Beta Sorority has developed a national program for prevention and control of juvenile delinquency, working in cooperation with the attorney general of the United States and his Continuing Committee on Juvenile Delinquency, directed by Miss Eunice Kennedy. Many of the Zeta chapters have made outstanding contributions through service they have rendered in their towns and cities to the national project.

The next Boule of the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., will be held in New Orleans, in December, 1950.
