Hotel Albert at Selma.

Two heavy frosts have resulted in all points raising quarantine against Selma and the past two days have witnessed an influx of the travelling public.

Mr. Millspaugh, the popular proprietor of Hotel Albert, returned from an extensive trip through the east last night, and his hostelry was fully opened today.

The hotel has not at any time been closed to the public, but of necessity the place has been practically deserted up to this time. A large number of guests arrived last night, and this morning and the spacious building has once more resumed its wonted appearance of activity.
