Philadelphia, Wednesday, Oct. 15.

The Democrats gain two members of Congress in the first six Districts.

Only Morris and Jones on the Union ticket are elected.

The Democrats gain over 4,800 over last October's vote.

In Berks County the Democratic gain is over 2,500.

Reading, Pa., Wednesday, Oct. 15.

Full returns from Berks County show a Democratic majority of 6,122.

In the Congressional Districts the estimated result gives the Democrats ten and the Union men eleven.

The Fifteenth, Seventeenth and Twentieth Districts are yet to hear from.

The Union majority in Wyoming is 600; in Susquehanna 1,000.

The following are Democratic majorities:-- Pike County 540, Perry 150, Northampton 2,200, Carbon 700, Lehigh 900, Luzerne 1,100, Center 300, Lycoming 200, Sullivan 175, Westmoreland 1,200.
