Enough has not been heard as yet to enable us to decide what will be the political complexion of the Legislature of the State. As far as we have heard, authentically, the results of the election for Delegates are subjoined.
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY.
Of these the three highest are anti-Jackson and the fourth a Jackson man, (as they are distinguished in the State papers and during the canvass.)
HARFORD COUNTY.
Messrs Johns, Hope, Sutton, and Moores are elected—the three first named are Jackson, and the last anti-Jackson.
CECIL COUNTY.
Messrs Evans, Gale, Comegys, Creswell, all Jackson men, are chosen.
KENT COUNTY.
Messrs Browne, Osborn, Hynson, and Travilla, are chosen—three anti-Jackson and one Jackson.
FREDERICK COUNTY.
Four Jackson men are chosen.
BALTIMORE COUNTY.
Messrs Buchanan, Ely, Turner, and Johnson, are elected; all good Jackson men.
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY.
Three anti-Jackson members are chosen ; the fourth yet unknown.
CITY OF ANNAPOLIS.
George Wells, Jun. and Dennis Claude, anti-Jackson, are chosen.
