ON THE 27TH OF DECEMBER, IN SAN FRANCISCO, I paid the agent Wm. Wood, for the steamer Antelope, (one of the California Steam Navigation Company's boats,) and received of him a through ticket to Marysville. When I arrived in Sacramento the Master of the Antelope refused to give me up the through ticket to Marysville, or to let me go through on the Marysville boat, as per contract with the agent in San Francisco. I make this statement to warn all others against the frauds, cheatery and humbuggery of this Company, and for this purpose request all papers, and particularly San Francisco papers to publish this.
JAMES DALY.
