A NOBLE PEAR TREE.--The Yarmouth Register contains an account of a pear tree now growing near the house of Nathan Kenny, of Eastham (Mass.) on a farm formerly belonging to Governor Prince, which was imported from England, by Governor Prince, and which is now at least 180 and probably 200 years old. It now appears in a sound and perfectly healthy state, very lofty, and is, near the ground, ten feet in circumference. The fruit is small, but fine, and the tree, according to the statement of a very aged man, had ever since his recollection, borne on an average 51 bushels annually.
