Emigration from Scotland.-The distressed workmen at Paisley are emigrating to Canada in considerable numbers. Eighty persons from Paisley have lately gone in one vessel, and a dissenting clergyman, with 60 of his flock, from the north of Ayrshire, are about removing to the United States. A vessel at Smallcoats, is taking out passengers at a guinea a head, the passengers laying in their own food. On the 17th April, the Jessie, with 179, and the Thompson's packet, with 108 passengers, sailed from Carse. In fact, 'not less than 393 emigrants have been carried out by Dumfries vessels; half of whom are weavers from Cumberland, and the rest labourers and small farmers.
